About

35+ years of leading people — across seven countries, four industries, and every kind of team.

Sascha Menesi, leadership coach for first-time managers and emerging leaders.

I help first-time managers and emerging leaders become confident, respected leaders. Not through theory, but through a structured six-week framework built from what actually works when you are the one responsible for a team.

My career started in sales and business development, moved into entrepreneurship and building companies, and then into executive leadership. For twelve years I worked on the hiring side — deciding who gets promoted, and watching what happens to them afterward. I saw the same pattern everywhere: excellent professionals promoted into leadership with no one teaching them how to lead.

The Leadership Code™ is my answer to that pattern. Every framework in it comes from leading real teams under real pressure — not from a textbook.

    Building The Leadership Code™

Relocated to the U.S. and became a citizen. Today I turn 35+ years of leading people into a practical framework new leaders can apply immediately.

People don't fail as leaders because they lack ability. They fail because nobody ever taught them how to lead.

How I work

Structured, practical, and outcome-driven. You leave every session with something you can apply that week: a way to run the conversation, delegate the task, give the feedback, or set the standard.

I've led teams, built companies, made the hard calls, and hired the people who had to do the same. That's why the coaching is direct rather than abstract — you get a framework and a plan, not a reflective conversation.
