About
My work is shaped by experience.
professional, personal, and deeply human.
For more than 35 years, I’ve worked closely with people across different cultures, industries, and leadership levels. From early career stages to senior leadership. From moments of growth to moments of doubt.
What connects all of them isn’t strategy, or ambition, or talent.
It’s the need for clarity when responsibility and personal truth begin to diverge.
My Background
A career shaped by proximity — to people, to decisions, to change.
I was born in Europe and have lived and worked across multiple countries and continents. That international background shaped how I see people, leadership, and decision-making. What feels “normal” in one culture is rarely universal. What feels urgent in one company is often trivial elsewhere.
Sales and Business Development (early-mid career) Understanding how to create value, how decisions actually get made, and how to navigate complex professional relationships.
Entrepreneurship (middle career) Building and scaling companies. Learning what responsibility actually costs. Experiencing the gap between what success looks like from the outside and what it feels like from the inside.
Leadership and Organizational Work (mid-late career) Leading teams across cultures and contexts. Making hiring decisions that changed people’s lives. Watching careers unfold over years — sometimes decades.
Hiring and Talent Leadership (last 12 years) Sitting on the other side of the table. Thousands of resumes. Hundreds of interviews. Seeing firsthand how careers are made, stalled, and redirected.
Coaching and One-to-One Work (current) Bringing all of that experience into calm, structured conversations with senior professionals in transition.
Over the years, I’ve had thousands of conversations — interviews, negotiations, leadership discussions, and private one-to-one exchanges.
What I learned is simple: people rarely struggle because they lack ability. They struggle because they don’t have space to reflect honestly.
MY APPROACH
I don’t see myself as a traditional coach.
I don’t work with formulas, motivational techniques, or predefined outcomes.
My role is to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and help create clarity — especially when decisions feel heavy or unclear.
I believe that:
- clarity comes before action
- insight comes before change
- and real alignment cannot be forced
This work is quiet by nature.
And intentional.

Who I Work With
I work with people who carry responsibility.
Leaders
Professionals
Entrepreneurs
Individuals navigating transition
The Outwardly Successful, Inwardly Questioning Those who have built something real, and now wonder whether it's still the life they'd choose.
They don't come looking for advice. They come looking for perspective.
A Personal Note
I’ve been in the chair, too.
I’ve experienced my own highs and lows — professionally and personally. I’ve built companies, led teams, made hiring decisions I still think about, and sat across from my own version of “what comes next?”
I know what it means to carry responsibility. To question direction. To pause when something no longer feels right.
That lived experience informs my work just as much as my professional background. I’m not offering you a framework from the outside. I’m offering you a conversation from someone who has been in the chair.
