I was born in Europe and have lived and worked across multiple countries and continents. This international background shaped how I see people, leadership, and decision-making.
Professionally, my career spans recruiting, leadership advisory, and close one-to-one work with individuals navigating complex professional and personal situations.
Over the years, I’ve had thousands of conversations — interviews, negotiations, leadership discussions, and private one-to-one exchanges.
What I learned is simple: People rarely struggle because they lack ability. They struggle because they don’t have space to reflect honestly.
MY APPROACH
I don’t see myself as a traditional coach.
I don’t work with formulas, motivational techniques, or predefined outcomes.
My role is to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and help create clarity — especially when decisions feel heavy or unclear.
I believe that:
- clarity comes before action
- insight comes before change
- and real alignment cannot be forced
